Tuesday to Friday: 12.30 p.m. - 1 p.m.

The office is also open the 1st and 15th from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
If the 1st or the 15th is on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday the office is open the following workday from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
